Please note that stand structures higher than 4 m, stand areas of 100 m² or more as well as two-storey stands and stand covers must be approved at least 6 weeks before the start of construction.

Please remember to order a parking pass in good time to park without any problems. Parking passes cannot be downloaded but will either be sent by our parking operator APCOA or can be collected on-site at the set-up.

Download free and unlimited vouchers for visitor tickets from the Exhibitor Ticket Portal to pass on to your customers or order print vouchers! This allows your customer free admission to FOOD & LIFE and Heim+Handwerk and thus a visit to your stand.

Take advantage of the opportunity to be visible to visitors outside your stand area. There are many advertising spaces on the exhibition grounds that you can book.

Please ensure you partition your stand with walls according to the number of open sides. We cooperate with experienced and competent stand construction providers who will happily provide you with an individual offer for your stand or required rear walls.

If you have booked a complete stand with stand construction, you do not need to take any action regarding stand construction.

We recommend that you stay unguarded in your stand with valuable exhibits. Prevent theft. You can book professional security staff for this purpose. This investment is worthwhile in any case to protect your goods.

As an exhibitor, you can access the halls from 07:30 a.m. to prepare for the trade fair day.

Make your trade fair presence known and inform your customers. This way, you will achieve a high visitor frequency at your stand. You can find logos, banners, and social media assets for your advertising and social media posts on the website for download.
