THE HIGHLIGHTS OF HEIM+HANDWERK 2023

Home trends, sustainable fashion and exciting prizes: Heim+Handwerk presented numerous highlights for visitors. Touch, marvel and taste - there was something for everyone.

A table and six chairs are standing on a carpet. The floor is yellow, the wall is blue.

LIVING TRENDS IN THE freundin-HAUS

Whether kitchen, living room, home office or dining area: visitors found inspiration for a trendy home at freundin Haus in cooperation with Burda Verlag. The professionals from the Netzwerk Ordnungswelt network were on hand to provide input and ideas.

SOUTH TYROLEAN RESTAURANT

Delicious home cooking and a view of the mountains: the South Tyrolean restaurant brought a holiday feeling to Heim+Handwerk.

NEAR-NATURAL FOREST GARDEN IN THE CITY

The trainees from the City of Munich's Horticulture Department created a small, natural recreational area with various woodland plants, a water basin and water-bound paths under the theme "Natural forest garden in the city". The plants used came from our own production and were grown in the city's perennial garden and tree nursery.

Several clothes are displayed. A red jacket, a striped scarf and a jeans are in the centre of the picture. In the background there are also purses and coats.

GREENSTYLE – MULTIFACETED AND FAIR

Since 2010, the prize for applied arts has been awarded by the district of Upper Bavaria and honours young designers under 35 for their outstanding achievements. On the first day of the fair, the prize went to Eduardo Palomares, Antonia Weber and Camilla Prey - all from the field of fine arts.
